How do I apply a promo code?

You can apply promo codes during signup checkout, and eligible account-level codes can be redeemed from account settings.

Apply a Promo Code at Signup

1. At checkout, find the Promo Code field.
2. Enter your code exactly as provided.
3. Click Submit and confirm the discount appears in your total.

Apply a Code on an Existing Account

1. Open Account Settings.
2. Go to billing/coupon settings.
3. Enter and redeem the code, then verify discount application.

If a Code Does Not Work

• Check expiration date and eligibility requirements.
• Confirm it is valid for your account/order type.
• Some offers are first-order only or cannot be combined.
