Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

Nope, no need to wait around. Since our meals are perishable, our delivery drivers will leave your package at your door - A signature isn't needed.

If you think you may not be home for a while after your meals are delivered, we have options to keep your food fresh while it waits! One, you can choose to have your orders delivered in an insulated bag. These bags are zipped shut and come with ice packs inside to keep your food fresh until midnight on delivery day. Purchasing insulated bags is a one-time payment and you will receive an insulated bag every week going forward.

Secondly, you can leave a cooler on your doorstep for our delivery drivers to leave your order bag inside. If you choose to do this, make sure to leave instructions in the "Special Instruction" text box on the Delivery Information page.
