Our prices vary depending on the meal plan you select. Weight Loss is the least expensive plan, while Gain Muscle is the most expensive plan because portion sizes are much larger.
While you can select the number of meals you'd like to order within a week, these prices will give you an example of a 5-day week of meals for each lifestyle plan:
Weight Loss:
For 1 meal a day, a 5-day plan (5 meals) is $59.75 total (at $11.95 per meal)
For 2 meals a day, a 5-day plan (10 meals) is $119.50 total (at $11.95 per meal)
For 3 meals a day, a 5-day plan (15 meals) is $179.25 total (at $11.95 per meal)
Balanced:
For 1 meal a day, a 5-day plan (5 meals) is $66.95 total (at $13.39 per meal)
For 2 meals a day, a 5-day plan (10 meals) is $133.90 total (at $13.39 per meal)
For 3 meals a day, a 5-day plan (15 meals) is $200.85 total (at $13.39 per meal)
Gain Muscle:
For 1 meal a day, a 5-day plan (5 meals) is $74.75 total (at $14.95 per meal)
For 2 meals a day, a 5-day plan (10 meals) is $149.50 total (at $14.95 per meal)
For 3 meals a day, a 5-day plan (15 meals) is $224.25 total (at $14.95 per meal)
