1. Open Upcoming Orders
1.Sign in to your account at toughcookies.co.
2.From the dashboard, choose “Upcoming” to view the next delivery in your schedule.
2. Click the Reschedule Banner
•At the top of your order you’ll see a blue banner that reads “Need Monday instead? Click here to reschedule.”
•Select the banner. Your delivery day will update instantly from Sunday → Monday.
3. Check Your Inbox for Confirmation
•Within a few minutes you’ll receive a confirmation email titled “Delivery Rescheduled to Monday”.
•If you don’t see it, look in your spam or promotions folder, then add help@toughcookies.co to your contacts so you never miss an update.
